Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns And Exchanges on Hair Extensions:

  • IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW: Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy that we will only accept returns on hair extensions that have not been used and remains untied. Items altered in any way will not be accepted Because of federal laws and health regulations. Items For example, You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way . If your returned item falls into this category we will ship back the product to you, provided you pay the shipping charges. We encourage you to fully examine the hair without opening the seal and the bundles to make sure you are fully satisfied with the product. You may also show it to your hair stylist incase you are unsure.
  • The returned item must be accompanied along with a copy of the original invoice which was emailed to you after your purchase and with a RMA number which has to be written on outside of the shipping box.   • No restocking fee applies if the item/s is returned within 10 days. Returns over 10 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns will be granted only after we receive the merchandise. After we receive your package, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
  • Return products must be returned with the original packaging and tags still attached, in the undamaged packing. Item must be absolutely in new and re-saleable condition. Please Do not mark tape or attach anything to the packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted if a manufacturing defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. We will replace the item for the same product, style and color at no cost. No returns will be accepted for custom order products which takes 5-7 business days to be made according to your requirements in products like machine/hand tied wefts in color no. 2,4,6,8 or for blonde color nos. 16,18,22,24,27,613,60 as these colors are made specially only for you on your request. They cannot be changed to a different color later. If we send you a wrong color other than the ordered color we will replace it with the right color without any charge. Custom Order prepration time may sometimes be extended than our normal preparation time due to large volume of orders we receive to customize for each client. In this case we will inform you over the phone about the estimate time it would take to deliver the extensions to you. Incase you are not satisfied with the wait time you may cancel your order and we will issue a refund.
  • If you need to make an exchange you will need to pay for return shipping and for shipping the new item back to you.
  • We only permit one exchange per item without Restocking Fee if the item is returned within 10 days.
  • For Second Exchange, restocking fee of 15% or $15 will be charged.
  • Shipping, handling and insurance costs for the items returned back to us will be at the cost of the consumer and will not be refunded.
  • Orders canceled at the last moment or after 24 hours of placing an order with us will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders placed for special colors from the "Stylize Categories" such as mixed colors/highlights fall into custom order category and thus the product cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns And Exchanges Policy for Human Hair Wigs:

  • We absolutely do not accept any returns on Human hair wigs and pieces. This is due to important federal laws and Health Regulations.
  • We will gladly exchange your wig if you are not completely satisfied with the color or style.
  • For your exchange on human hair wigs and pieces to be approved, you must agree with the following conditions:
  • A) We will only accept returns on the wigs and pieces that have not been used and remains untied. Returns And Exchanges on Hair Supplies/Accessories:

  • All sales made of hair extension clips, micro rings, glue are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • The returned item must be accompanied along with a copy of the original invoice which was emailed to you after your purchase and with a RMA number which has to be written on outside of the shipping box.   • For Camila Paris clips there is a 5 day return policy during which you may return any product undamaged (at your own expense) for any reason at all. We also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective product as long as any claims are placed within the agreed  5 days of the product being received. Restocking fee of 25% is applicable if the products are retuned after 5 days.
  • For Iso Beauty hair straightners
  • If you need to make an return/exchange you will need to pay for return shipping and for shipping the new item back to you.
