Shipping Faqs


At the Braid Hair Extensions Store we pay for your shipping on all orders over $199 to the Contiguous US (48 states).

US/Canada Shipping and Processing Info: 

  • We ship all the available items placed before 1pm EST same day, otherwise the orders will be processed the next business day.
  • Free Shipping is via USPS Priority Over $199.
  • Standard shipping via USPS priority is 4-5 business days = $13.
  • Express shipping via Ups, Dhl Or Fedex. is 3-4 business days  = $25
  • Overnight shipping is also available on some products. Please contact us for more information.
  • Please note that 8.1% sales tax is applicable to Nevada state delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

International Shipping and Processing Info:

  • Express shipping 4-5 business days = $45
  • Standard Shipping 5-10 business days= $29
  • Shipped via FedEx or UPS, DHL
  • International orders will take 1-2 business days to process.
  • Shipping charges for International Orders are not refundable.

Back Ordered Items:

Some items may not be available for immediate shipment. In such cases we will put your orders on hold until the products are available. Back ordered items are usually fulfilled within 7 to 10 business days. We will notify you about your back ordered items. If you do not wish to wait, you do have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

International Duties and Taxes Information and Custom Delays:

We are not responsible for any custom delays or late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be solely responsible for clearing the shipped product from customs and any related taxes, fees or duties at your end. Please be aware that your order total does NOT include duties and taxes that may have to be paid in customs before you take delivery of your package. These charges are not collected at the time of purchase. If you are not sure what these charges may be, contact your Post Office in your country for more information.  

We ship products from our US warehouse and Asian Centres. In case the product is not available in US warehouse we ship the same products from any of our sourcing centre where the product may be available so as to meet customer requirement, the customer will be liable to pay custom charges if any, as applicable in there own country. 

However, We will not charge International shipping charges in the event the product is shipped from other than US warehouse, to meet customer requirement, any additional shipping charges will be born by the company. We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by courier company. In the event of any such delay we will inform the customer promptly, and the steps taken to make sure the product is delivered.

Please be aware that we do take fraud seriously:

Your shipping and billing addresses must match in order for your order to be approved and shipped to you. In the event that your order has been declined because of a mismatched address, please contact us to resolve this issue. Should you have a special request for different billing and shipping address, please give us a call at 888-664-7779 and have additional forms of id ready to provide us the necessary information. Rest assured that if you are a thief and are attempting to use a credit card that does not belong to you, you IP address is logged and prosecution will occur.

Failed Deliveries/Refused Shipments/Incorrect Shipping Address:

For prompt processing of your order, please make sure you give us the complete and correct address (i.e. apartment or suite numbers, zip code) for your order, so that your package can be delivered at your address without any problems. We do send tracking numbers to your e-mail once we receive them from the warehouse. Should you not get a tracking number, please contact us. You are able to use your tracking number to have a time of when you should be getting your shipment in. More often than not, and incomplete or incorrect address is one of the major causes of shipment delays. Make sure that you are checking your addres information on your order form before submitting. Also include all information such as an apartment number. USPS does charge a fee for corrections made to addresses. You will be charged these fees should they occur. Our packages also ship with a Signature Confirmation, this means someone needs to be there to sign for your package. USPS will typically make several attempts to deliver your package. They will provide you with a number to call for pick up or arrangements for an alternate delivery. Please be aware that NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS OR IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST. We ship items with signature required service so that its delivered personally to our clients. Customers will be charged additional fees for address changes or rerouting.If you refuse or are unavailable to sign for your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the additional return shipping cost.

Mistakes & Delays:

Should there be a mistake or delay from our side, we will strive to do our best to correct the mistake or delay. Sometimes the shipping company can lose a package or shipment or it can be delayed for factors such as severe weather. We will fix our mistakes. If you received the wrong item or if something is not there, we will re-ship free of charge. You must allow us to know within 7 days.

Last Minute Order Changes:

A $8.50 repacking fee will be charged for any order changes, once the order is processed.

Tracking your Orders:

We will send you a tracking number along with a link to track your order once it has been processed by us and shipped to your address.

USA: We accept Visa, Master, AmEx, Discover Card, and Paypal Verified for all USA orders.

International: We accept Visa, Master, AmEx, Discover Card, and Paypal payments. (Paypal payments only from Verified PayPal customers), Bank Transfers, Western Union Wires ($10.00 handling fee charge plus Western Union fees at your end).
